I'm know for sure that Professionalism attribute doesn't have a direct impact on the results and the "body language" is connected to Determination attribute.
But Professionalism attribute has a huge indirect impact on the results, players with a high Professionalism react better on the event around them that happen outside matches, they train more harder and better develop.
