Base Tactic:
Team Instructions: Counter
Player Instructions: None

The tactical instruction was tested for 2,880 matches and then the result was translated into a standard season of 38 matches:

This is some amazing work that's being done right here

So basically, after all the tests, everything that matter are players and their stats lol, u can play with default tactic and it will be "practically" the same

No way. If u combo all these little edges, you will majorly benefit

the tests are in 3000 games, and there are hardly any changes, in some cases the difference is 3-4 goals in 3000 games... it is negligible

I don't think it works that way; You building up the tactic you gonna understand what this bible of datas:
It's basically saying do you want 5 goals more? flag it, do you want to get less 3 goals? Flag it. Etcetc.
I mean little dettails make things better then others...

Imagine just to apply those things i got 4% win rate overall more on my tests. For you it might nothing, to me it's way too huge, because now i am not gonna waste time on useless options.

3k matches is like 75 seasons. We are talking about 3 points of difference in each of those 75 seasons, in average, which is pretty significant. The difference in goals was 6, which is also pretty high. Obviously, some of it can still e statistical noise, but considering this is the most robust test to date, we can assume the results to be evidence that counter is better than not using counter.

Keep in mind that he is not testing synergy, so this might not be truth when you assemble a tactic together, because some instructions might conflict with each other.
