The aim of the tactic is to pass and score goals. You do not get tired by pressing. Only our 2 most forward players are pressing. This is sufficient. The remaining players should have good positioning ability.
The goalkeeper must have good air balls. The sudden exit doesn't matter.
The most important feature of your fullbacks should be the pass. They will pass more than dribble.
At least one of your centre-backs must pass well.
Your box to box player must be a complete player. Everything should be fine.
Your left midfielder should be someone who plays static, plays with his mind.
Your right and left wing forwards, on the other hand, must have advanced passing, finishing and stealing skills.
Your striker players must have good field and game intelligence and finishing ability. Mental features are more important.
