Hi guys, was wondering if anybody has tried testing mentoring as I'm still not sure how to get the best out of it, how much progress shouldni expect in perfect conditions and what would thenperfect condition be, what is the max and the min in which timeframe. Hope you cannhelo me with some of the questions.
I find that the Mentoring is quite useless thing because many conditions must be met to start mentoring but the effect is quite unpredictable.
The attributes below are personality attributes
When some reputable old player mentoring a young player that means that the personality attributes of the young player slowly move toward the value of the personality attributes of his mentor.
Also, he might learn some preferred moves traits from the mentor.
Im also interesting to see what our gurus from this forum can say about this topic.. I would also ask you guys what are the best personalities to be mentors? I know model citizen is the best one, but what about the others?

Temperamental Temperament 1-4, Professionalism 1-10 This personality trumps pretty much every single other one, so if they are not temperamental, they don't have these attributes.
I do understand the concept, but how long until the mentee gets up to speed with the mentor and what kind of boost are we looking at +1,+2 and what kind of period (min, max)

It's random, it might take 1-2 seasons to move the personality attributes of the mentee by 1-2 points toward the personality attributes of the mentor.
@Solaris thx for the help, I'be seen similar results and was wondering if there is something im missing. But it seems thst it's just a marginally usablenfunctionality.

Mentoring is kind of a difficult to setup IMO, for the reason that the mentor must exceed the mentee in 2 categories :
1) Social Hierarchy 2) Player Personality
...and even then its up to the RNG gods on what gets passed down I seen online folks say mentoring groups must not exceed 3-4 players also, no clue on how to verify that to be honest - which if true makes setting up effective groups even more difficult

Obviously, you shouldn't expect a miracle from mentoring.
As I said, 1-3 seasons of mentoring and you might see 1-3 points changes.

The most important personality attributes are Professional, Ambition and Determination.
So you can check the personality list I gave you and see which personality have the most important personality attributes at high level.
Obviously, Model Citizen is the best but it's a quite rare personality.
