Test #1
Date: 01.03.2023
Test #2
Date: 01.03.2023

This tactic is focused on getting your striker to score tons of goals. It is based on a single striker tactic that was found to be the most successful in terms of goals in the Test league. This tactic is Blau's "Wide XMAS Tree AM v1". Only the "be more disciplined" tweak has been added to the basic tactic. Set ball settings used in Delicious's "4132 Extreme Diamond Undervolt II" tactic are used.

In corners, your pitcher directs the ball to your striker to score extra points.
I suggest you choose your striker in penalty shootouts to get your striker to score more goals.
In your striker who carries the score load of the team; +15 speed, acceleration, jumping and penalty shootout features allow you to get a lot of efficiency from your tactic.

The results with the teams Man City (#1 prediction) and Brendford (#11 prediction) are attached.

Recommended strikers:
Erling Haaland (best of bests)
Benjamin Sesko (next haaland)
Victor Osimhen
Darwin Nunez
Romelu Lukaku
Alexander Isak
Tammy Abraham
Marcus Thuram
Ivan Toney
Patrik Schick
Beto (from Udinese)
Armando Broja (wonderkid)
Emmanuel Yeboah (for underdog)
Gilson Benchimol (for underdog)
Haji Wright (for championship)

Cheers.

Frankly, I was quite surprised by the result. It is interesting that the tactic based on it scored 58 points, but it is such a low score with a very small touch. Moreover, while the "be more disciplined" instruction and the new set-piece settings are a factor that has a positive effect on most tactics.

Hey Pixar! The only difference that I think might be affecting performance is that the striker is targeted on the corners. I do not believe that the strikers used in the FM Arena testing database are aerial threats. I also would not be surprised if my original tactic got a "good roll" with RNG. Perhaps "be more disciplined" is only beneficial for certain formation shapes.

I think you are right. As far as I can see in this post, the jump values of the forwards in the test league are 9.

You can't focus striker on this test league  but generally if you check around my test even a minus "tweak" can make a difference of 8 + points and as @Blau said you need even the right "push" with the rng wave as well.
Imagine that with the 32221 i made for spurs i did have totaly dominated EPL for 3 years consecutive and the players are quite bad as well for their level and the tactic scored 46.

As Zippo said many times a 48+ score tactic can lead you pretty well in the game.

So for this kind of test is just better to focus one of your CBs,maybe the Arena's staff made it like that because in general in game a Central Back have better overall stats compared to strikers.
