This is a tweak of Fire 2.4 (Tweak II), which in turn carries lots of instructions from the current top tactic from Blau (and Steelwood). I changed some roles, set pieces and player instructions. The idea is to probe the current status of this tactic so I can move into more unique direction (like removing Get Stuck In and simplifying the instruction set).
This patch fixed a bit of the defensive problems from FM23, meaning teams concede less goals per match. With that, offensive power is again more desirable than defense, and tactics with a single DM should be more effective this patch.

They are working better this patch since defense is better. That allows tactics of one DM to shine, and those benefit from IWB as Zippo showed in a post yesterday.
