I use a Skin that shows the condition of all players as the heart icon, but i saw in multiple websites that there are skins that shows the same attribute as in percentage (like the flut one). However, i want to keep the skin im using right now but "bring" this new method into it.
Let me share two screenshots (one from my current skin which has the cond icon and the other that has percentages).

Read "lugui" reply about changing an existing skin to add the %.
Alternatively, use a skin that uses it. I use Vince's skin Expand
Is that skin supposed to show the percentages? Because I'm using it and I don't see percentages. This is a clean install of the game as I just got it through Amazon Prime promotion. All I've done is started a new game and loaded Vince skin.

Try to follow this. It's in italian but just follow what he does and you should have it, I remember I followed the instructions several times and had to reload the game for it to work the first time so this is not straightforward unfortunately, FM for some reason really doesn't want to make this easy but I hope this helps!

Are you sure that those screenshot were from FM23? Maybe they were from the previous FM version where the conditions were shown in percentage.
Btw, if someone know how to bring back the conditions in percentage for FM23 then I'd like to know how to do that
Well, the second screenshot (with percentages) was taken from the sortitoutsi website under the FM23 skins sections..

Ok, but I think you agree that it doesn't guarantee that it was taken from FM23.
Have you tried that skin? Maybe custom skins can turn the conditions into percentage?
