Hi ! I see a lot of 4-4-2 tactics around and i decide to create a powerful 3-4-3 tactic based on 2 main purposes : get a good balance between strong defense and efficient attack, and try to build a tactic around "easy to find" position, as wing-back instead of Inverted Wing-Back or Defensive Winger for example.
Here's the tactic !
The main purpose of the tactic is his good flexibility :
- The 3 BPD gives you a lot of confidence in defense, and allows the midfielders to get an extra option to get the possession of the ball. Also, BPD got the instruction to dribble more, and it is not unusual to see them participate for offensive play.
- Wing-backs allows a lot of width for this tactics, great WB is a huge winning condition bonus !
- Deep Lying Playmaker is essential here, allows to get more offensive options by his creativity. I try Segundo Volante as the 2nd option here, but i get use to play with Ball Winning Midfielder and Defensive Midfielder, so i recommand you to play with the best role of your player at this position, only if the role is set on Support, you will struggle with Defensive option.
- Shadow Striker and Advance Forward are pretty meta and work well with the Gegenpress style, so i get rid of this and worked really well.
Here's a little data screenshot i got after the season, pretty huge ratio between 3.09 Goals per game against only 0,26 conceded
This season i got the Ligue 1, the champions league, the Coupe de France and the Trophée des champions for the first time ever, with only one game loss by the season!

I tested a few games in the middle of the season, honestly speaking, NOT SO BAD!

in my opinion the squad level is pretty the same as top 6 premiere league team for the first season, i think my team is not the best but close to it ^^
