Here at FM-Arena we ONLY look at the tactics without considering Set Pieces routines so in every test that takes place here the instructions for setting up the Set Pieces are done by the assistant manager.
If you want to use someone else's set up routines separately you can request them at the link I sent you above. Just create a new thread there and write exactly what you want. Most likely there are others too who are interested in this topic.

A two point difference in 1200 matches with exactly the same GF and GA. So surely just noise not a real difference between left and right. In practice there could be a difference based on a particular opponents having a weak left or right sided defender, otherwise I’d just choose based on which side fits your own players strengths.

Expand I agree with you for the most part and there can certainly be noise in the result with a 2 point difference and a nod to the fact that only 1200 matches were played. But I've noticed it in regular seasons as well, playing different opponents with different systems. Either way this is a clue that anyone can pick up on and test it more.

In a save with 2 friends of mine that started using this tactic, any idea on how to counter it? cause they are with city liverpool im with tottenham, in terms of strenght im way off, if i were to use the same tactic the results would not be great right? So what do i do to counter it

I had some problems facing teams that plays on the wide diamond shape. I guess 41221 Striker Heaven VI would be nice.

heading into the 2nd season ill give both of them a try for sure, will try to upgrade my players in terms of speed and i think ill manage, when i beat them ( or not ) ill come here to give an update

I am currently testing other stuff, like influence of preferred foot for each position, defensive tactics away from home, and the best team talks for each occasion. Every now and then I test some tactic, but I believe FM-Arena is already well served in good tactics since it increased the volume of testing.

Small tweak for you to try, if you are minded to such things.
Take the middle AF and place in right midfield and change to WP(A). No other instructions Change the DMC(R) to DM(D) with PI Stay Wider Change the DMC(L) to DM(S)
Idea is, the DMC(R) protects the right hand side of the pitch better and the WP is usually available to take the ball from him. The WP(A) also pulls defenders in and allows the WBR to get more space to get down the line.
The WP(A) is a role designed for Roony B, but have had success there with anyone with flair and creativity.
The only real thing that bugs me is the DMC(R) doesn't always get the best of ratings - but does an important job, I'm putting this down to the ME not valuing defensive duties well enough.
This tactic is incredible, scoring goals for fun. Could be a little bit better in defence, but who cares. It's all about winning and scoring goals. What I love the most about the tactic is the performance of the wingbacks, they contribute so much to the attack. I had Ben White getting 5 assists and a goal in 1 game lmao.
Playing as Arsenal, won both the league and the Champions League very easily. I even used multiple youngsters that I took up from the youth teams, like Nwaneri 16y/old played in 28 league games.
I used the mirror version, just so I could use Saka as RW. Only added a few player instructions to some of the positions that I believe increased the performance a little.
One other thing I'll say is corner kicks. It's so easy to score them. I tweaked them a little in the start of the season, but oh my days, scoring for fun from them in the second half of the season. Btw I love how they've made the new set pieces system this year, I've asked for it for years. And it's perfect. I let my assistant choose the players for the categories and the set pieces takers, but its always in-swinging, so it doesn't matter.
