Guys, we have been playing online with one of my friends for long seasons. he is the server, he is Arsenal and I'm Manu. team reps are same and recently Manu is on top for a few years however everytime when we want to buy the same players, players always accept Arsenal's offers even though I offer more than double salary. does anyone face these kind of things at their online games?
he is telling that he is offering what player wants, I also give much more higher signing on fee than the player requested, of course I don't see what he gives but at least I see the salary later when he bought the player and it is 3times less than I offered

No, I don't see this in online games. Maybe he is offering other things like a high signing on fee.
