This tactic is from my first long term save with Cambridge United. I was always a fan of how Brighton plays under Roberto De Zerbi's term. So I made this tactic based on what I understand and also applying my own philosophies.
)
I only have 5 main key points when creating this tactic.
A. Flanks always has 2 players.
B. Quick switch to other flank.
C. Build up should only be handled by the keeper and 2 Ball Playing CBs.
D. Let players express in transition to final third phases.
E. Direct attacking football.
Road to Glory Spoiler Alert! A. There is no player instructions! I created this tactic as a base but it works so well that I didn't want to change it. (Tho I tried making a Positive and WB version but it fails that's why my 2nd Season in Prem end up only 2nd. I reverted back to the original after 6 games)
B. Champions League Winners vs PSG in 2nd Season! (My unexpected and fastest UCL Title in a RTG save.)
C. Six Trophies in 2032! (Could have been 7 if only not due to injury and fitness because of tight schedule late to the season.)
Pros and Cons Pros
A. Around 100-120 goals scored per season! (100+ goals in 2nd Season in Prem)
B. Everybody is scoring!
C. Good defense even tho less possession!
D. Flank switches are very nice to see!
E. AMC don't need high rating in dribbling since his job is to hold and quickly switch to flanks or through balls. (My 10 dribbling rated player has 30+ goals!)
Cons
A. Less Possession (Possession is overrated!
B. DMs sometimes push to the box, which leads to counter attacks when teams have forwards staying up.
C. Shared goal scoring. (If you want to funnel goals to your favorite player, this tactic is not for you.)
