In my team, a young player who is 17 years old, both his Professionalism and Ambition suddenly drop by 5 points. I load the game and find:
on May 23, 2027, his Professionalism=13 and Ambition=13 on May 24, 2027, his Professionalism=8 and Ambition =8
I check the messages and there are no special events happened on this player. I try many times, as long as I proceed from May 23 too May 24, his Professionalism and Ambition will drop by 5 points, why???
This seems like a complacency effect after signing a new contract. Normally there should be an inbox message, but there’s only a very limited number of things that suddenly change personality a lot, and the one that affects professionalism and ambition is complacency.
The date might also be the trigger to change mental attributes of the group, followed later by the message "Someone has been negatively affected by the group".

If he wasn't mentored then there's no reason for changing Professionalism and Ambition stats.
