First time sharing a tactic...

Went unbeaten with Sporting in the league and played good football, didn't do as well in the Champions League and was just knocked out by Liverpool in the last 16.

I left OI to the assistant and kept the mentality on balanced most of the time, occasionally changing it to positive if I went behind or if it remained a draw.

I would say the Advanced Wing Backs were the most important position and having pace, stamina and work rate is vital, Fresneda was the standout and was immense immense. The strikers get a lot of goals, Suarez would've scored more if it wasn't for injury which kept him out for 6 games. I lost Pedro G to Liverpool in January and replaced him with Sa, once he had adapted to the out of possession role I'd say he was an imrpovement.
