Pistolevich's 4-3-3 Remastered

A tactic that I made sometime ago, but with colossal updates. After using the original tactic consistently, I have gradually added some instructions and the tactic has taken its shape. This system has done wonders for me yet again, the defense has been tweaked, as well as attacking efficiency. Enjoy and have fun.

Use Training schedules to maximize the potential of this tactic
In the big games use the Balanced mentality

I hope you guys are enjoying this tactic as I am, feels like I'm never going to lose, on a crazy unbeaten run at this moment with not too overpowered squad in Bundesliga.

Looking awesome! What training schedule you suggest ? Saw you suggest THE fmscout One. But there is quite a few schedules in that download

I personally use that one and manually replace all of of the training schedules, it's very effective and just gives you a major boost both offensively and defensively. Thanks for the kind words!

Amazing tactic for my Schalke 04 team in second season. Had 7L in a row just before I changed my instructions and formation to this 433. 3W in a row, we rollin' boys!!!

I've got to hand it to you, this tactic is amazing and has saved my save with Newcastle. I was losing patience and none of my tactics worked and no downloaded tactic worked. In the 4 games played with this tactic I've scored 14 goals and conceded only 4 (I was winning Man City 4-0 so I switched to my own tactic for realism sake, won that match 4-3 ). I think my team could go places with this tactic!

Ex chairman of Clyde FC, David Dishon, saved me by buying the club from Ashley!

Okay after a promising start my IW's are starting to get some really bad ratings, dropping down to 6.1. Just wanted to inform of that before I tweak anything.
