I wanted an away tactic that was going to dominate and feed endless chances to the strikers as I've had enough of strikerless formations and normal formations struggling. This tactic is all about domination, control, deadly counter attacks as well as killer set pieces all rolled into one

My tactic is inspired by knap nottinghamforestcult formation where mpbappe got 70 goals, also my suttsko meets void formation and lastly tuchel formation irl regarding the 3 at the back though it's a lot more offensive and it's easier to build the team around 5 midfielders and 2 bread and butter advanced forwards who rake in the goals rather than the midfielders or wingers.

it's very solid at the back with three CBs that stay back and are not susceptible to counters.

As for counters the midfielders will pick the ball up and pump it long into space for the strikers to feast on

With it I won the sextriple with Man Utd {I know not that impressive considering their top dog+ but neverthelesss the type of play was good to watch.

I could make a more defensive version, but I want to see how this one does first and see if anyone else has success with it

Not a good score at all lol

Good thing I've managed to tweak and improve it some more to make it a more devastating tactic which I'll upload very soon

Don't care about the score. It is clear that this tactic has a much more successful shape and mentality than ninety nine percent of other high-scoring tactics. And it is clear that you are on the right track. Because tactics for triple defense are still in their infancy all over the world(i mean even in real football). But that's where football is going too. I have been testing triple defense in every football manager game for years. I think I got the most positive results this year. Triple defense is the best way to destroy the game on the opponent's field and beat the opponent with both wild and cold-blooded defenders who put pressure on the front. What Ruben Amorim has done with Sporting is obvious. He played another variation of the triple defence like Tuchel. The man officially gave an error for football. We will soon see if this is a coincidence or reality. As the quality and number of wingbacks increase, that is, as quantitative and qualitative superiority is achieved, I think the direction of football will be towards triple defense. Part of the reason is to make an industry that has already started to be boring to be followed again. Returning to your tactic, I'm in my 8th year with Newcastle. I have 4 league championships, 1 European cup and 3 ecc finals, 1 of which was successful. I have an established team. In this process, I constantly changed tactics to experience the effects of tactics on the game and to see their reactions. I also took the Guinea Bissau as national team for another challenge. I moved them to 50th place in the world rankings and the goal is to participate in the world cup. Of course, your tactic is difficult to appeal to slow and shoddy players like Guine Bissau. But I tried with Newcastle, we didn't have much difficulty since we played threesomes last year. I usually can understand from the first 2 games – even the first game – whether the tactics are working or not. With your tactic, we defeat City, we defeat Manchester United. I say "defeat" word because the tactic is about total domination, not a classic quality superiority. Every place where the ball, is a valuable position for us. And every ball that comes out of the opponent's foot is the best playmaker. My mentality has always been similar to this tactic in my previous crushes against Big Six. I've seen the way your tactic works. It's similar to my game philosophy, but more balls are thrown into the side channels than usual, and we take a wider position on the field. While I want the balls from the back of the defense to the centre, in this tactic, the forwards can spread to the sides of the centre. And naturally, the opponent's regular defense is broken. Normally I use strikerless tactics, to draw a tougher image. But the biggest advantage of this kind of double striker tactics is to create a constant threat to the opponent. Fast forwards who can do well off the ball are deadly in this type of tactics. However, I would suggest that you consider other possibilities, stating that striker tactics are generally useless. (Like one striker or 0 striker maybe fits better, i didn't try with that yet) By the way, the defense is better than I expected because the opponent's back is often bent beyond the midfield. However, the defense can be improved a little because dangerous balls thrown back can cause problems. Apart from this, whether the player in the amc position must be asymmetrical or must be in that position?, and also whether it is necessary to reduce the team "dribbling", these can be discussed. Don't give up on this tactic, it's definitely open to improvement, so I've been focusing on 3-1-4-2 nowadays. However, the outlook is that not using dmc is more beneficial at some point. As the old saying goes, the best defense is attack. No matter what, we must not let the ball go completely to the opponent. And while we have the ball, we have to reach the goal by setting up vertical, useful, lethal sets with the ball. TCB!

Thanks for the in-depth feedback Stan Seymour, appreciate it.  the tactical tweak  is progressing along quite well. Made a few adjustments to the midfielders so they can protect the back three better and slowed down the tempo for more controlled possession and changed the mentality to positive which is working. doesn't stifle the amount of chances for the strikers. The opposition is having to resort to pot shots from outside the box. Also changed the winger roles so they are more creative

I will not be changing them to shadow strikers as I'm against them

Just going through testing it some more before I upload the tweak

Just added version 2 which includes changes to

wingers are now wide playmakers

SS is now central

Ball winning midfielder on defend combined with box to box midfielder to help assist both attack and defence

No shadow strikers as it's against my religion

No shadow strikers as it`s against your religion? You have a SS who is now central.

It's a joke, but what I meant was no shawdow strikers as the front two or front three

If you like your strikers acting like midfielders rock on with the numerous ss formations out there but it's not my cup of tea

interesting tactic, good to see some deviation from the standardized shadow striker shithousery
