Hall of Fame made me try new shapes again! or old one in this case

I'm enjoying this tactic.

It helped me winning BundesLiga and DFB-Pokal Cup with Borussia Dortmund.

I've been doing amazingly well with Napoli using this tactic.

We managed wining the league with 109 points and Champions League Cup, only had 1 draw, 1 lose in the season.

No doubts, this is the best 4-3-3 I've tired in FM23

So i've decided to actually play for first time a game on this FM23, since people around the world saying that tactic are too much engineered too much blablabla,so ofc i am a big fan of Rayan and i've decided to join the Wrexham (going to any club would be just too easy).

The tactic is the same just changed the focus on corners to the striker; They keep telling me that is different from vacation and actually playing the game,so i went strike on and played it for the entire season,i watch all keylights so it require alot of time to end one season,but otherwise i wouldn't even consider to play if i don't.

So,if Palmer a guy with 100Ca slow like a turtle can score like a machine gun i don't understand how people saying strikers are not scoring enough o.o
I didn't even hire any staff and just trained with them with 2 game chinese's training schedule,didn't change tactic once, just made a "conservative" waste of time one to actually preserve a little their already poor condition.

It's possible that a bit different type of striker is more effective than in other systems. From the limited time playing this tactic it feels aerial ability is quite important along with off the ball, anticipation with a touch of acceleration.

The "typical" 16 pace, 16 acc with 5 jumping reach AF is maybe not cutting it as there aren't as many situations where pure speed is the key factor. Such a player could actually be better off on the wing.

I always prefered big fat/tall type of striker, like Abraham/Osihem/Beto and co.

Season 2 Part I

Trying to build-up a team for the future,my goal is just to go to EPL straight-up but i am noticing a drop of perfomance overall, due the fact that maybe we really played alot of "cup" games or maybe magic palmer hit is peak already, he is really too slow and sometimes hurt my eyes how he lose the ball because of it.
And i am really trying to get of rid of those player with a wage of a EPL player xD (or maybe Seria A).

I don't even think it even matter, go for clean slate

New Magic 3 on Front :

Hugill he is quite young,Man UTD school, really tall (what we likes!) and we needed a new Palmer since he is gonna retire and i didn't want to re-new his contract.
Magic Poveda (managed to get him for quite good wage as well)
Midfield is mostly like of the previous year added from the free agent pool Powell and Saville (just 1 year contract)
Defense where we totaly lack, unluckily they took all my objectives from the market, IA likes to offer to the same players i do(**** you IA)
GK is a good prospect let's see if he can actually grow for next year

For now we facing a bit of trouble because new players need to learn the tactic and duties...

Let's see what gonna happen :p

Now the hard part coming up... already trying to do market for next season, things are a bit broken, players ask tons of moneys and i am really "strict player"...
Plan is to sell like them all and buy regens or good players with a good PA.

Interesting too how the low quality facilities will impact on their in-growth
