Hello, I use instant result most of the time and the tactic performs fine, only difference with you playing the game would be the shouts and decisions you are making during the game

Depends on who you are playing, but remember your squad has a lot to do it, are you expected to lose? who are you coming up against? Inter? Milan? Juve?

Ok this is something I've struggled wit as well because they tend to park the bus against you. I found lowering the tempo to slightly lower helps as you retain the ball which hopefully in turns draws a player out of position for you to exploit. In my current Barca save I found this against every team I came up against so reduced the tempo to slightly lower and I've lost 1 game in 2 seasons in the league

Tempo is standard or a little higher...try these settings?
combining this tactic with Meta corner, my Buxton went up straight from Varanama North to Premiere League!! (I'm on holiday mode until i reach Premiere League) I use chairman to buys and sell all staff and players since I didnt have budget to hire staff.
@CBP87 did you see any noticeable difference between mentalities and if so would you recommend starting and staying with Attacking, or varying between Balanced at start and changing depending on how the game is going?

Hey, I would stick with attacking but adjust other aspect of the instructions. For example, difficult away games, I take off prevent short gk distribution and counter press and that seems to help

Because it doesn't work as effective as a tactic with defensive midfielders, the double pivot is very OP and I have created tactics with central midfielders and the tactics were no way near as effective as tactics with defensive midfielders.

Nice tactic, work fine, but i have a generally question about that dm role on support in these tactics. Which stats are important to make the best out of the players? Its really important that i know which players i can scout because i‘m in the year 2038 and the newgens in my safe seems not to fit so well.

I personally look for at least 14 in acceleration, pace, stamina and work rate

So for me, I look for no minimum than 14 in the below attributes, however I would drop the attribute value down by 1 depending on the team you are. You should be able to get 14 in the attributes though as I don't look for a lot. Acceleration and Pace to be included in all positions as well as the attributes listed below.
