ML takes left corner, MR takes right corner, DL takes left throw-in DR takes right. These should be set up by default (when you go to the corner setup you'll notice ML/MR have "TK" next to them), but you're probably safer also setting it up yourself. No Ois used.
If you were to re-test it, here is a better version, results from 21.3 (I'll update the main post as well):

Defense is more leaky this patch, so I think Very Attacking tactics might perform great. Look forward for the results of Motion to confirm or deny this statement.
Just tested Phoenix V3, Blue V2 and Motion V2.1 in a few test matches (underdog, French L2, 10 replicates per match).
Home: Motion V2.1 is stronger (impressive), Phoenix and Blue V2 very similar.
Away: BlueV2 and Phoenix and then Motion V2.1.
PS: in my tests BlueV2 is strong only with players with good defensive skills as defensive wingers). With offensive players (with low skill for tackles, positioning, etc.), results impressively dropped.
By the way, that would be sooo great if FM-Arena could distinguish Home and Away results in their tables!
