Tbh i'm pretty happy that with this new feature people could realize that even a point of difference (which could look huge on the table) means pretty the same win rate, and that tactics with a pretty low score can even have only 5% less of win rate. I think we were getting too much involved in trying to reach an high score, forgetting that we should just find tactic with a good win rate. I think that now people managing teams with suitable players for non-top tactic could be more encouraged to choose different tactics from usual seeing that the win rate difference is so small.

Expand Considering the table is standardized for 38 match season for years now the win% was "there" the whole time, just no one bothered to calculate it or rather post about it. In fact it's not even win% but % of points. Additionally the % has no meaning outside of the testing league.
Maybe it conveys more clearly how close the tactics are but anyone paying attention knows that tactics within a point or two are very comparable anyway, within the margin of error.

ofc the results are still the same, but as you said now it's easier to put attention on the small difference between tactics. Most of the users just watch occasionally the table and copy straightly the first tactic, even if the difference is 0.2 points in respect to the second one, visualization and downloads are drastically different, now i think it might be just less immediate to associate "first tactic = way better than others", just that.
For example just see this tactic: https://fm-arena.com/thread/13561-cbp87-424-penguin/ It's a month since it was uploaded and downloads/visuals are almost zero, probably less than way worse tactics, but now it'easy to see that win rate it's almost the same with the first ones, and you can also appreciate better RNG effect. Obv nothing changed, just talking about the first impression that this layout can offer .
I have a question... What is the change about Patch 24.4.0 DB 2.0 / 3.0 ?
Because it's the same patch and the results have alot impact! DB 3.0 have got any match engine diferent? Or is Just a data base more acurate to testing tatics?

The problem is that they are not over same number of matches, so FMA must be seeing a reason to stop test run.
Hi,

I've just noticed the way the testing results are represented was changed.
https://fm-arena.com/table/fm24-hall-of-fame/
Ouch... the top tactics are only capable of winning 55% of the possible points! We need a tactic that can reach 100% of winning!
I really like the new way.
Good job.
Lapidus said: I really like the new way.
I second that.
Now, it clearly shows that even the most optimized tactics give you about only 55% win rate when you meat an equal AI opponent.
I prefer the point intervals, don't think win rate is offering any significant information
