Would be a different tactic. Most WBs or IFs can play winger position and become more accomplished over a season

I only use original squads, so just make players fit. Just look by position and ignore roles.

This seems nice only problem is the W on the left not many good players play on that position

Natural in position is ideal, however you can use any wide player and they will improve position rating by end of season.
