Based on Winter 0.1, but with the following changes:

- PWB / FB x2
- CHM / DM x2
- W / TWM x2
Player instructions are:
- Tackle Harder all
- Make More Runs for CMs, Ws, and CHFs.
Let me know how it performs for you.
Below is the light version to use when a match is under control, with the goal of avoiding cards and saving energy. My personal match plan is:
- Normal condition: Winter 0.2
- Winning by 2 goals, or trying to avoid conceding: Balanced mentality
- Winning by 3+ goals: Winter Light
Hi ZaZ, What is the rs rank and zaz score of this version 0.2, i can not find the test result in your google doc.

This is Winter 0.14. The versions with two digits are tentative, then I pick the best of them to make into the official new version with one digit.

Ok thank you.
Do you have some suggestions for away games?

I use Autumn away and tough matches https://fm-arena.com/thread/15983-zaz-autumn-0-2/

Ok i will try it. Thanks.
Hi Zaz. I am wondering how do you do runs? Sorry, I might be missing some explanation somewhere from you. But do you simulate matches by Instant result? If yes, do you use any plan (ex play for the win) or "do not use match plan"?

For the experiments, I simply set the tactic then go in vacations for the entire season asking to use the tactic. All other decisions, including team selection and set pieces, are up to the assistant manager.
Still smashing it with Winter 0.2

a bit off topic - I always simulate matches. I just enjoy back office things. Not 100% sure but my subjective opinion is that "do not use match plan" with instant result works better than "play for the win" or "play for the draw". In FM24 I had 2 own custom plans which worked very good. Unfortunately not the case here.
Hi!
In my experience, it didn't work so well with Como. I played (managed) 7 games with 5 losses and 2 draws. After that, I decided to simulate the entire season. At least, I keep the category.
However, I believe with the right players, this tactic could achieve amazing things!
Thanks for sharing

Gets even better with the set pieces.
@ZaZ Just see what I have been able to achieve with your tactic and yes I played with your set pieces today. How do the set pieces affect or rather improve the tactic in itself any idea?

There are two types of set pieces, the scoring opportunities, and the transitional stops (when the match is interrupted without a clear chance to score). The first type of set piece improve tactics by increasing chance to score or reducing chance to concede. The transitional stops, on the other hand, are a challenge to keep possession and an opportunity to move to more advantageous parts of the field, so it depends on what you are trying to achieve there.
All that said, both defending and attacking set pieces also affect counter attack chances after those events, so having more players or less players advanced when you are defending can increase your chances to score if you defend with success.

This tactic along with your set pieces is going to beat everything else at the top. Trust me!!!
@ZaZ Last question, do you recommend Winter or Autumn playing with Arsenal against say a side like Liverpool also changing a tactic all of a sudden would it hamper the familiarity?
I have tested this tactic in 3 different saves

I think Autumn would perform better, but this is just a wild guess. About changing tactics, they do affect familiarity, but I am not sure how much that affects results. Keep in mind familiarity is broken down in several pieces, and most of them would be kept maximum even if you change from Winter to Autumn, because most team instructions are the same.

How did it go?
it is very meta but whatever I do I finish it underachieve expected goal I batter everyone on xg but end up losing a lot of games , one save I was 1st on xgtable and finished 11th
like that for example

This is very common happens all the time
Can anyone explain how does one tactic which has worked so well on one save completely stops work on a new save?

Even the best tactics go on blackout every now and then, sometimes staying five or more matches without winning. What matters is that they recover and go back to overachieving.
I cannot upload your tactic in my game, would it be possible to save it in the latest version of the game and upload it again?

The reupload is below. I also changed mentality from Winter Light to Balanced, and reuploaded it in the first post.
Top of the testing table-congrats-well deserved. For me the best tactic so far

Thanks! It will hardly last more than a day, but at least it shows the direction is good. Makes me more excited to work in Winter 0.3.
