I have built on "Starmer 4-2-3-1" and created this from it, more or less the meta from last year. I have added lots of instructions, notably "focus play", shorter passing and moved the mentality to attacking. Did well with Heidenheim, finished 5th in the league (and 5th on xG) as well as winning the DFB-Pokal.
Note: the reason why this is called Hale 4-2-3-1 and not Starmer 4-2-3-1 v2 is because I decided to change my naming scheme for this year after my upload yesterday. After many years of having my tactics named after former (or current) British Prime Ministers, I have moved on to famous Supreme Court justices, and the wonderful Baroness Hale has this tactic in her honour.

No OIs, dunno what you mean by "dugout by AM". I don't train position/role and my set-pieces are dogshit, this is pretty much all open play.
Think we're about to see some incredibly high scoring tactics once they get onto ZaZ's uploads but it's nice being at the top for the moment

So true. I usually read it but only ever use it if the game is going badly. 90% of the time he wants me to attack down the left and use early crosses.
