Backline of Autumn 2.09 in Autumn 2.03.

Player Instructions
All: Tackle Harder
OCB: Shoot Less Often and Take More Risks
AWB: Sit Narrower, Cross From Byline and Shoot Less Often
IF: Stay Wider
Opponent Instructions: None, and only recommend people to use if they know what they are doing.
Light version when you have a comfortable lead: Ease Off Tackle for all players, Stay On Feet, reduce one step in Trigger Press and Tempo, set mentality to Positive, and change IFs to IWs. The goal of this version is to avoid injuries and cards, at the cost of performance.
Set pieces and training are in the attachments. Training uses two schedules, one for rebalance (Physical x1) and one for growth (Attack x6, or 2x in three different days), and they are divided equally (alternate every week or month). Make sure to leave three rest sessions after every match, double intensity when full energy, and no pitch or gym training when below full condition. I also set everyone for Quickness focus, and train them in any role of their position with focus on pace and acceleration (highlighted attributes). Pictures for people on consoles are below.
Training and Set Pieces
Credits to everyone in FM-Arena who did small experiments which gave hints to what might be working well in this patch. Probably there will be a better tactic inspired by this one in the next hours or days, so I am just happy to contribute.

Added to description.
how do you use the training? which is for one match day and which is for two?

Both fit with two matches, just alternate them so you get a middle ground effect between both schedules.
For the training, should I change any of these intensities or leave it alone?

If you are using my training schedule, then you want double intensity when full heart, and no pitch or gym work otherwise. Some people also use double when 80%, but that also seems to increase injuries.

Is it necessary to develop a training base and find good coaches? Does this affect the quality of training?
When you get a red card?

It is not necessary to follow my training schedule, I just posted what I use. You can probably get better information about that here: https://fm-arena.com/thread/13508-training-is-fake-it-just-assigns-attributes-not-grows-attributes-results-based-on-a-large-number-of-tests/page-18/

SS gets sacked first, then wingers if you get a second red. Feel free to give individual instructions to Ease Off Tackles to players with yellow cards, or sub them out at half time.
This really the only training u use? Why attacking 4 times, and not defending or a general psychical, or even Quickness it self?

It is attacking 6 times, and it is based on the tables from the post below.

Any of these work on FM24 or is the EF 4-2-2-4 still the best FM24 one?

It doesn't work because FM24 didn't in/out possession settings.
I have changed my Rebalance training to use 1x Physical instead of 1x Resistance (80 => 51). The reason is to give a boost to Jumping Reach and Agility. The schedule was updated in the first post.
I tried this tactic and it works really well. I noticed two critical issues:
- I conceded several goals defensively despite playing with five men without possession (could it be due to the very deep defensive line?)
- Is there an equally effective alternative by deploying a striker (perhaps with what settings?) in place of the attacking midfielder?
I would like to ask what I should change in ur tactic to hold the result?

Mentality to positive, and IF for IW.
