Hi when using your training schedules is this right? I am little confused. Also when using other tactics is appropriate to use the same schedule. Thanks (examples below of my training using your downloads)

It is fine, but you should clean the training in the days right after the matches, to activate super-rest. You do that together with automatic rest, making only players in full condition train at (double intensity). When players have three sessions of rest in the same day, together with sending them home, they recover much more condition, which helps keep them in shape and avoid injuries.
P.S.: I will create a simplified training schedule since people are getting confused.
