The formation is 3412 with two defensive midfielders.
The result of the season are as follows:
This tactic based on stable build-up that comes from numerical advantage in the defensive area
and fast counterattack with direct passes from AM or P in the central area to CWB who moves forward widely.
Plus, I tested this tactic with Liverpool and Norwich. I just attached league results of them.
Fantastic result with Liverpool and nice result with Norwich. 6th place was really high for them...
Oh, right. I used set piece tactics of @ZaZ. I think it's pretty nice.

Actually I tried it, but it wasn't as destructive as I thought.
I think AM should participate in the play-making, so I'm afraid SS cannot play that role.
Maybe some changes in other instruction can make your idea wonderful. Thanks for your opinion.
