Evidendence based did an update and Defence and Attack are still the top two training sessions by some way, but there has been a few adjustments and improvements to other sessions.

Possibly they are starting players who are still tired rather than excellent or peak. Also when the fixture schedule gets really busy as it often does, I still rest players for one day at 8am who are tired but showing full green. I dont have the problem at 65 mins.

If you want to cheat, the best is all match practice. I remember someone posted a way to make a schedule with all sessions of that.

It was something like, you put in match days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Upload the schedule into the calendar and put match Practice into the other days, then when the matches come along you can add the Match Practice to the other days. Then just copy to the other weeks.

Wouldn't the players get really tired from that?

You use the @ZaZ  approach of setting all players to no gym or pitch work if they are not at full fitness

I don't think that has anything to do with the training. Feels like they tuned something in the update to make players tire more quickly in matches, like 10-15% maybe. Probably more realistic if I'm honest, if you are pressing whole 90 mins it should show. With timely substitutions it can be largely mitigated.

Reason why I think it's not training is that they enter the games in full condition. It's not like a day before the match they were fine and then that training day completely ruined them. Tiredness is left over from the previous match, if they aren't fit they aren't training anyway - that's the beauty and simplicity of it.

Even with @ZaZ's approach, many players get injured with two or three match practices per day. I think the schedule attached is pretty good while boosting CA and preventing injuries throughout the season.

How do you fit so many match practices into the schedule?

Isn't that more intensive? I have been using manual rest on players who are tired but full green condition during the busy times of the season, or three games in a week for example. Hardly any injuries using Zaz. But if im playing weekend to weekend I dont bother.

I mean two or three match practices per day were causing injuries even if the players were in peak condition and fully fit. This schedule is slightly more intense (5%) than ZaZ's training schedule. Every day is like Monday and Thursday in ZaZ's.

Injuries happen with every training schedule. Increasing intensity by 5% several days a week would not seem logical to decrease this happening. Possibly physical training gives more injuries, who knows.
