So all you do is promote your YT channel? Alrighty then

I don't think there's anything wrong in that.

He tried the tactic and made a video about his experience with it then just shared the video in the threads related to the tactic like everyone else leave their feedback about the tactic. Someone might find his video is useful and fun and someone might not.

I really think such actions are completely legit. :)

There're many other people do the same. They review tactics and try to promote their youtube or discord channels. It's been a part of FM ecosystem for long time already. :D They put efforts in their videos so I think it's fair they expect to get some credits for doing that. If you like their reviews then you follow them and if you aren't then you don't, it's as simple as that and I think everyone are completely ok with that.

My best header should be attacking the near post or lurking at the near post?

@famulor I'd be more inclined to agree with you if @RDFTactics wasn't one of the best FM tactic creators/re-creators of various managers and tactical styles.

Come on now, don't be a tool. Not seen you comment when others have posted review videos in the other tactic threads

Both players I mean the one who attacks the near post and the one who lurks at the near post have solid chances to score so it's hard to say. In general, they both should be good headers.

When using the Long throw-ins, I frequently found that our throw-ins intercepted by the opposing defender and immediately exposed to the risk of counterattacks.

In additon, I found out that tactics without throw-in set pieces were also highly rated at the table as those with it.

Is there any experiment on the Long throw-ins effect, conducted in 21.4.0 patch?

I think you need to look at this thread - https://fm-arena.com/thread/1035-attacking-throw-ins-set-pieces-for-21-4-0-patch/

Oh, thank you:D
I think it's exactly what I'm looking for! I'll replace my old ones with Phoenix's and test them again.

btw, there're few videos that show how it works in the thread I linked

It's okay. I was able to confirm through the information in the post you linked, that something about throw-ins has changed within the 21.4.0 patch.
I'll apply Phoenix's first, and if it doesn't fit my tactic, should tweak it. Thank you.

As I checked, ZaZ's and Phoenix's were different.

If there's an issue with that, I have no problem removing it. BUT, it goes both ways. My video also has the download link which directs my viewers to this site. People here will be familiar with the tactic but those who aren't familiar with the site will be directed to the site to download the tactic.

I've also ask permission when I posted my previous videos and it was all okay to post my channel here. So may I ask, what is the actual issue?

He was just grumping... never mind. :) I don't think there can be any issue.

Also, here is a screenshot of me asking for permission back in March. Creator also said it's completely fine. If not, I don't make the video, it's that simple.

Most of the video views are from people who search for tactics on YouTube. It CAN also expose the site more if people download it from videos. Also, people get to take part in this community. So me "promoting my channel" isn't exactly a bad thing.

haha I also try to make sure to avoid comments like that by asking the tactic creator if it's okay

RDF, we the guys that test tactics know who you are so there's no need to explain anything to anyone when you have approval from the tactics creator :)

BTW you have created more than enough tactics for FM :)

Don't worry too much about such a minority opinion :)

I think this unnecessary argument is inappropriate for this thread, with Zaz's brilliant tactic. Let's stop here, bro.

Fantastic result with my local team using my tweak (predicted 13th). Season on screenshot is 2nd in Premier League. In our 1st season we took 7th place (16-6-12) being predicted 18th.

Funny thing enough that if we wouldn't have FMed draws with weak teams, we could be champions. 5 draws vs not strong teams (dominated in every match).

I need to note i'm using IR which helps me to play faster, but at the end of the season i played 2 matches vs Spartak (2-1) and CSKA (3-0). So if you play 2d or 3d it might be even better in terms of results.

Also at 2nd season it's impossible to beat top 4 because i removed foreigners restriction in Russia so top 4 spend huge money for strong foreigners while in original DB they spend money for trash Russians.

If someone interested, i can continue reporting about my journey.

They operate in different ways, so my conclusion is a mere opinion.

Sorry for the late answers to everyone. Here it goes:

Sleipnirfossa said: Best tactic ever!

Thank you so much!

Manidaro7 said: Hello @ZaZ

I have read the whole thread and would like to start using your tactics and training on my fm21 save.
I wanted to ask you, how do you set the workload in the rest screen in the workouts section?

I usually only touch the last part, for players with excellent condition. Double during pre-season, normal during in-season. I used to go double during in-season as well, but the injuries, fatigue and condition impact usually made me regret it.

RDFTactics said: Tested your tactic and it did NOT disappoint! Well done on a great tactic

Thank you for testing. Despite what some people say, you do a good contribution to the game community. It matters very little if you do it for the views or for love for FM, what matters is that you do something that helps others and not everyone is willing to do.

famulor said: So all you do is promote your YT channel? Alrighty then

He is a content creator, it's only obvious that he would promote it in forums of his target audience.

Maxeneize said: My best header should be attacking the near post or lurking at the near post?

I usually put my best defender on DCR position, but both seem to score well.

I did experiment other types of delivery, but long throw-ins just performed better. Some times it can generate counter-attacks, but more often than not you will find yourself in a good position in the middle of the field with good passing options, usually with opponents out of position, creating good attacking movements.

Now I completely agree that the use of attacking throw-ins is helpful.
and, I think the only difference is simply how many players each have, in the penalty box or in the back for counterattack.

Another season..
Predicted to be 11th, but we won RPL. All screenshots attached. My best player is Lucas Fernandes loaned from Spurs.

Lost UECL in 2nd knockout round but we started from 2nd quals so made a big trip there.

Used my tweak, thanks @ZaZ for his masterpiece.

great tactic, using the training schedule, i keep getting players moan about no attacking technical, any fix?

My fix is to ignore it. I don't think players complaints about training have any impact in the game, it's just a mechanic to add unhapiness and make it harder to manage the squad. However, other factors of happiness are enough to make players delighted, which allow you to simply ignore those complaints.
