Hello lads! For starters, a small introduction to the save where I'm conducting this tactic.

Playing with CF Os Belenenses in Portugal, doing a mix of a youth only/return to glory. The TL;DR story is that CF Os Belenenses are one of the few teams that have been champions in Portugal, due with some shenanigans with the SAD, they've been through a judicial battle where they lost the rights to their football team and license, but kept the name and clube facilities, wich ended up in Os Belenenses (The original team, going back to the regional tiers but keeping their infrastrutures) and a new team called Belenenses SAD (Now B SAD) staying in the Primeira Liga. On with it.

I'm at my second season right now, unbeaten for 32 (or 33 games, not sure at the moment) since the last season, and managed to eliminate Benfica and Boavista in the Portuguese cup so far (they are 2 divisions above me).

The Spice:

That's what I'm running with, to great result. I never change mentality, if I want the team to play more defensive, I lower the tempo and directness of passing and how high or low the line of engagement and pressure are, same with the trigger press, if I need or want to chase a result, I increase the tempo and directness and do the same as previous with the pressing. When in advantage, I turn on Play for Set Pieces as well, it seems to work greatly with run at defense. I also have no OI set.

Making the sauce:

Start of the save, the sauce was bland as hell and wasn't producing the required results. Much tweeking was required, loads of draws, losses.

Then something clicked and it went full rocket fuel, diamond hands to the moon:

And that's it for the 1st season. We went back from a 0 GD in the league to the best attack, best defence, best GD and champions, getting promoted as well. Fairly successful season. Like I said above, since this is a mix between a Youth Only challenge, I'm not buying players, so the squad I had in the 1st season and the current season is pretty much the same, except some players got out of the team and got replaced by under 19s for development, quality wise, it's pretty much the same.

This season so far, here are the results, league stats and data center info:

Not too bad I think, I'm enjoying this save very, very much!

To finish, the tactic consists mostly of attacking and being straight to goal, even against stronger teams, no bullshit approach like trying to park the bus just because they have bigger or better budget or players than my team. I want my players to go out and attack, because if I can scar the big boys being a small team, I can surely kill them when we become big, so we don't really too much on posession, and I got some screenies to show how it can change from game to game, including the two biggest games of the season so far (the two cup games against Boavista and Benfica):

And that is all I have so far. Thanks for the long read if you managed this far, if you give this a try, don't forget the important part written about mentality and how to micromanage it, and would love if you lads at FM-Arena could test this one out, see how it fares against my fellow tactic makers. Much love to you all, good vibes to everyone!

PS: For training during the season, I'm using the schedules they have for download here at FM Story since I couldn't bore my ass so far to create one and it is working great so far.
