World Class Football

Hello Dear Football Managers,
I'm playing this game since 2000 and this is the first time ı'm sharing a tactic!
I can say ı grown up with this game and planning to play for many years as like as you!

My tactic is based on vertical tiki-taka but made some changes on random instructions, then tactic turned into a monster tactic.
At first I did not believe that it would be so efficient and successful when creating the tactic.

The main and most important points:
- I left general training to assistant manager, i managed the personal trainings, they trained same positions like in the tactic.
- I didn't use any OI's and side shoutings
- I put the players in the positions where they were most efficient as much as possible.
- I played with at least 3 star compatible players as much as possible
- I didn't do deep rotations except for local cup matches and mandatory situations.
- You will score many goals in free-kicks and corners
- If we play against a stronger team, i changed width (wider) and defending line (generally turned to std) according to the in-game situation.
- We renewed our training facilities every year and ı worked with the good ass.managers and coachs.
- In my opinion the most important position in the tactic is our AM(a), he must be creative and good finisher in the penalty area, he will be your second and shadow striker.If he become good at corners and freekicks, he will be assist king every year. In my Galatasaray career, Alexandru Cicaldau become a monster and we sold him to Barça for 26.5M EUR!
- Second most important position is our Advanced Forward, he must be 14+ finisher with good aerial power, if his pace and acceleration becomes 14+ , it will be very easy to breaking records in domestic and European competitions. In our last season with Galatasaray, we sold Mostafa Mohamed to Torino for 9M EUR, he broked many records both in Turkey and Europe and won the golden boot.

Successes with Galatasaray in 3 seasons :
1st year : Won the Turkish Super League, Turkish Cup and Europa League
2nd year : Won the Turkish Super League, Turkish Cup, Turkish Super Cup and Semi-final in Champions League
3rd year : Won the Turkish Super League, Turkish Cup, Turkish Super Cup and Champions League

No team was able to beat us in Turkish Super League for three years ! This is really good !

I didn't try the tactic in different teams but I'm sure this tactic will be in best tactics for FM22!

Hello, i used this tactic on hertha berlin only 1 season. You can see the results below. (I was not able to be a bundesliga champion beacause i had started leauge with diffent tactic. I lost 5 points in first 3 matches. Then i changed to this tactic)

I can say that this tactic works perfectly and i guarentee your team will score most goals in the league. According to me the most important position is AMC. Your player who plays for this role have to be talented.

I did somethings different written above.
- While playing against a stronger team especially away games , i didnt change width (wider) and defending line. I set "positive" game not an attacking. It worked better than attacking.
-During the 2  matches (One of them was german cup, one of them bundesliga game)- the team was suffering and i turned to 4-2-2-2. Except 2 games i didnt give up this tactic.

It's really pleasure to me see the tactic performs well.
We must change some instructions according to the match situations, especially when team is struggling against better teams like you say.
I generally turn to positive at the end of the matches to keep score and not to tire players more.
Tactic gives us many options to make changes in the matches.
