Thanks to Magician for his Phoenix v3.0 tactic which was used as the base. Only changes are SS -> VOL (same PIs) and attacking width reduced to standard.
Liverpool - Premier League winners: 88 pts, FA cup winners.
Fulham - 6th in Premier League: 59 pts. Top goalscorer had 8 finishing!
This is mostly a joke tactic, however it seems to work surprisingly well.
Next, make those wingers into WB and CM into Libero. Two lines of 5, with DM being the most advanced.
