Hi everyone,
I started using mine 3412 tactic with FC United of Manchester in league two, when becoming professional club. I don't like playing FM with big clubs, i like becoming one!
After that, there come some good results...
Also mine average players (for championship) hade some great numbers...

No OI, no just plug and play.
Can you test it?

zlajo3412 was made for 21.2 version, and after update it didn't work. So with 21.3 version came a new version of mine tactic.
And it is coming very well, predicted 24th, in middle of season i am in playoff spot.
In mine opinion the main reason for that is average strikers, CCC that tactic produce is huge but they are poor at finishing.
It would be great if you could test it. Cheers!
I would try it in my save with Weimar. Very underdog team in german 3rd tier
your tactic debut in my save is awful so i don't think is adapt for my team

I updated mine 3412 to new patch. There is more attacking version.
So if you could tast it?
I have done some testing with MU(predicted 3.), WHU (11.), WBA (19.)

As there is no FB in tactic, CB should be, in first place, tall and good in air. Pace, acc, and of ball for AF.
