My team creates a lot of chances, has an average of 20 shots per game, but usually only scores 1/2 goals and I know it has the potential to score 3/4 goals, but I don't know how to reach all that potential, I would like some tips to improve this.

At the end of check where your team stands when it comes to Expected Goals Overperformance, Expected Goals Underperformance and Expected Goals For, and see if it's really that ugly as you think or actually your team is doing OK.
Obviously, keeping the Morale as high as possible and using proper Touchline Shouts during matches increases the chance of scoring goals.
