changes:
removed the cross more instructions from wing backs
added personal instructions to all players
changed one of the defenders from stopper to defend
edit: forgot to add that I changed also passin from the defence to the middle to plaing to the sides so its not only personal instructions change, in version 3 I will look at the result and mb will change back the team instruction to look at the effect of just player instruction change
I want to explore if there is and improvement or it make things worse in the fm arena league
