Ran loads of tests myself (attached spreadsheet picture) and this tweaked tactic came out on top.
Incredibly consistent with a strong defence and great performances from the wingers.
I'm using it in my save and have had the following achievements:
Started with three managers:
Arsenal - won everything and then moved to Real Madrid where I'm yet to lose a league game.
England - won everything (I'm now in 2031) 2 x World Cups, 2 x Euros barely lost a game.
Unemployed - got the Hearts job midway through first season, won the league in the 2nd season then over the next 4 seasons I won the title 3 more times and amazingly won the champions league in my final season. Then took the Chelsea job and won the treble in my first season, beating my Real Madrid team in the champions league final.
A powerful striker can score loads though weaker players might struggle in the role, avoid a DLP who has get forward instructions and look for full backs who can assist.
