4-3-3 Dtitleball

Hello everyone,

Before to move on the awaited FM 25 in few weeks, I wanted to share my own tactic that I perfected with Forest Green Rovers.

I just achieved my 10th season with Forest Green Rovers and I finished at an honorable 5th place in Premier League and the trophy in the FA Cup. Many will say that this 1rst trophy in 10 seasons isn't impressive, but I prefer to develop and train young players from my farm rather than buy some stars.

Let's talk about the tactic now : well inspired by Zdenek Zeman's 4-3-3, it's the third evolution of the tactic I created in this game with Forest Green. The 1rst tactic was absolutely awesome offensively before the 24.3 Edit (ex : 129 goals in Championship / Wing-backs with +20 assists par season), but not balanced enough. The team was too shaky defensively, and I took too many cards and too many goals.
This 3rd version was developed during this 10th season, and is mostly based on Tiki-taka Vertical duties. What was supposed to be a transitional season, with the sale of many starters in the off-season, was a pleasant success, despite a lack of talent in attack. The team is well-balanced now, we less suffer against better teams.

I really hope this tactic will be tasted, cause I'm pretty sure she's worth it and can be a "sheetcode tactic" with dominant players.
