Training is Fake, it just assigns attributes, not grows attributes: results based on a large number of tests

Regarding the 331 schedule and causing more injuries....I have seemed to notice this as well.

I'm wondering though, does sprinkling some recovery sessions in the 331 schedule help fix this. Maybe not like 7 recovery sessions but at least a few.

I'm thinking the way to go right now is to prioritize the 'speed' schedule which includes quickness + attx2 + match practice for U18 and U21 squad players. But on the senior squad where your players likely already have 16+ speed or close to it, to instead use the 331 schedule to help round out things like balance and strength and agility.

How long does a new player have to be on a team before he can be sold?

Three or six months, I don't remember exactly. Before that, they claim they just signed a new contract and ignore entering any negotiations. Players can only be sold if they sign with the other team, so other teams will not make offers for players that don't want to sign a contract.

@harvestgreen22, checking the tables, I noticed some schedules like 93 and 94, which are only different by the recovery sessions added, yield barely the same results. Is it safe to assume something like [Physical][Recovery]x4 (one recovery per day, then one physical, then match day, then full rest day) will have barely the same results as [Physical] (51)? If true, that would allow me to handle issues with match fitness better.

I assume that using a training session the day before a match (attack or physics or other), your players go out on the field in a state of 93-94% fatigue.

Quickness for outfield players. Agility and balance or reflexes for goalkeepers

Could you guys advise on the best schedules for a squad of mostly 21 or 22+ players who already have 15+ pace/acceleration?

Also for players who are already at their full potential, is there any benefit of keeping them on additional focus quickness or should that be taken off?

I think something which grows some mental attributes would be better than the usual quickness + attack x2 + match practice

I mean the schedule you mentioned will do just as well as many others, theres no silver bullet, but that schedule is good.

There's no reason to remove the quickness, however if there are certain attributes you'd rather develop, just change it. Theres no set rule for what you can and can't do.

To put it simply:
331
[Physical][Match Practice][Attacking][Defending]

Training Intensity Scheduling  set as "no schedule, no schedule, no schedule, double intensity, double intensity"

Addtional Focus  set as "Quickness "

From what I gather from the Excel, Goalkeepers' individual should be set to Agility and Balance?

what to do when you get info that quickness is not improving anymore, do we change it or leave it ?

There's no right or wrong way. Personally what i do is see whether there realistically is much growth possible. Let's say it's a player with 180 PA, he's currently 150 and he has 18/18 pace and acceleration. In that case i'd keep quickness to try and get towards 20/20. Let's say his PA is only 160 i might look to push the last bit of growth somewhere else like dribbling. It's dependant on the situation though.
Another thing is, even if there's no PA left, some of the attributes can still be redistributed, so it could be worth to keep on training quickness.

As i said there's no right or wrong. It's just a big spreadsheet simulator we are playing.

Personally I keep Quickness on until the player gets towards 28-30yo then stop additional training completely to help keep him fit as he ages.
