Rest & Individual Training Focus - I presume even with a schedule of full Rest the Individual Training Focus is still being done by the player/game in the background? So Individual Training Focus Quickness is still receiving Double Intensity even with full Rest in the team/main schedule?
This seems strange as the whole idea of rest is to rest is it not? If you're resting then surely you shouldn't be working on your Individual Training? Is this just a quirk of the training system?

The training system, it's not actually training, it's assigning attributes Most of the information you can see in the table ,
simplely : all Rest = assigns attributes in the "default" way, Rest distributes attributes , in a way that sacrifices Technique class and mental class , to increases the physical class the most
Using different training is changing the way attributes are assigned The total stat growth you get is fixed (can increased by playing more matches) The total stat growth you get will not be increased by training.
If there is a certain class of attributes with no corresponding assigned weight, then this class of attributes will not grow. For example, in "Total Rest," technical and mental classes have not assigned weight, so that part of their growth is lost (but that's not necessarily a bad thing).
Individual Training -- Addtional Focus Individual Training -- Double Intensity they are Both are a way to change the assigned weight of attributes. Reading the table, you will see that they do not affect the total attribute growth you can get

Thank you very much for your findings.
Is it better to do all rest, or is it okay to use sessions that should not add any weights like Match Review to aid Tactical Familiarity?
I also would wonder how much adding one Team Bonding per week to help Happiness and Team Cohesion would cost. I know it would add some "weight" towards Teamwork but how impactful is this?
Hi, @harvestgreen22, thank you so much for the research you put into this.
Back in FM23, there was a way to "cheese" extra "Match Practice" training sessions into your schedule by saving a custom training schedule using the "Match" session. If there's no actual match on that day, it gets replaced by a Match Practice slot (to clarify, you place the maximum of 2 Match Practice slots, then you add 2 Match slots on days when there is no match). Does this still work in FM24? And if it does, can I request that you test these extra Match Practice slots?
EDIT: Attached images to add more clarity, and I've tested it in FM24 to make sure it still works. The image above is an example training schedule with 1x Quickness, 2x Match Practice, 3x Match. This other image shows what happens when you apply this training schedule on a week with 0 matches.
EDIT 2: I'd forgotten two things. First, since the only requirements for Match sessions are that they can't be on consecutive days, you can place one on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday for a total of 6x Match Practice on weeks with no matches. Second, I forgot that once you've applied a schedule onto the actual calendar, you can drag and drop sessions wherever you want, meaning you can ALWAYS get 6x Match Practice sessions even on weeks with one or more matches (not that I recommend this due to injury risk). See images below: I've also accidentally discovered another (not recommended) mechanic in case you're willing to take the time and adjust the entire year's calendar yourself. See image below:

it's okay , As I mentioned,Players are free to arrange their training schedule according to the actual situation
For example, I will arrange the enough friendly match before the season to restore my Sharpness, Cohesion, Tactic Familiarity. Because friendly match is the most effective way to increase them. Of course if I still feel inadequate.I'll add some more training on a temporary basis.
Then, when the season starts, I start training on the actual schedule.

Huh, interesting. Your tests are showing adding in recovery is better than leaving to rest which is the opposite of what EvidenceBasedFM found.
A good test would be a full week of just recovery and comparing that to G7.
Interesting that G7 vs K7 results in a drop for Acc & Pace with an additional quickness. Presumably this means the additional CA opened up by having the Quickness session doesn't add enough to make up for the fact you're spreading to Agility and Balance. Perhaps this means to target only Pace & Acc you would leave off Quickness?
So I have been trying L5, but I noticed that some players seem to state that they are unhappy with the additional focus and some players can't seem to grow in it anymore, assuming I should not ignore these messages.
What would I need to do for the main squad, when I see those messages?

why rest and not recovery? What does recovery even do?
According to evidence based fm, it's like a rest that recovers less condition but loses match fitness by a lower rate.

This means that in first month he progressed and reached his ceiling so there's no room for any further progression.
This is not some training method to get 200 CA players, it's just the most efficient way to train ACC/Pace + some bonus important secondary stats.
