This is a Possession-based strikerless, 4-3-3-0 tactic who has always overachieved for me. In defence it becomes a tight block 4-4-2 with the two shadowstrikers chasing the opponents central midfield. In offense it becomes a 2-1-4-3. The filosofy i was aiming for is to always have players close to eachother on the wings, while luring up the opponents back-line for the shadowstrikers to exploit the space behind.
Stats-wise i average around 62-65% in possession, Score about 100-130 goals and concede 20-35.
The test was made on holiday, just retrained Haaland. Set pieces i use Best Hits from HAN106 1-24. I let the best cornertakers of each fot take them.
Training ive always use Sciencebased´s one. If theres a red card i take out the right SS.
Im sure and hope someone will tweak this even better.
