i have seen countless different threads with different schedueles and im wondering what the current meta is, i have tried a couple but it seems like everytime i try them my players barely grow at all. if you have a schedule please also include rest and individual!
I test alot this in ps5, to better performances in every tatic I put every time atack in training, even defense conced less goals. To players In general I put normal in good and excelent condition, and half when they are tired and none when they are with red enjury. And always individual training the player roles that they play in tatic, the results off player grow up are a litle random, I have saves that Estêvão grow to 5 stars in 2 years and other saves he need stuck in 2 or 3 stars and after that he grow up to his True potencial, and the systeam is the same, playing alot training in position in the tatic. Sometimes loans help alot other times they cameback the same atributs, Sometimes players Who dosent play Just training improve alot other times the potencial gradualy getting lower. For my experience the results are random even exploring every options We try to grow up the players faster

Go through the testing results and pick something you like. There is no definitive answer and it depends on your preferences. Most of the schedules are very close together so it really doesn't matter which one you pick.
Rest settings and individual training have also been stated in the original posts.
I think the meta right now is Quickness + 2x Match Practice + Attacking + 7x Recovery. You can arrange the sessions any way you want during the week, schedule them around your games. You can also add Routines and/or Team Bonding into free slots, if you think it's needed.
