I'm new here, so please let me know if this isn't the right place to ask. I recently started playing FM with some friends, but they don’t really explain how I can improve my tactics. My matches are all over the place—sometimes I win 9–1, other times I lose 0–7. If anyone could help me upgrade my tactic to get more consistent results, I’d really appreciate it. I’ll upload a picture of my current setup so you can have a look.

Edit: They also often change things in their tactics during the match, but they never explain what they’re doing. Sometimes my team is winning the first half, but then completely collapses in the second. If you could recommend any thread or guide that explains in-game tactical changes, that would be awesome!
