There is a lot of 3 at the back tactics that will give you great results even with small teams but those tactics never achieve any good scores on this tests for some reason.

I also do believe results are very different when you play the game and simulate via instant result or holiday.
Absolutely. I tried 3-4-1-2 & 3-5-2 with elite and poor teams and they never disappointed me. Weirdly, I struggled every time when I play with 4-2-4. Can I really trust you FM Arena?
