High pressure, overlaps and aggressive powerplay. Worked out great for my Lazio team. Already won the Champions League in second season after becoming Serie A Champions in the first season. Also won the copa and super copa.
Tactical: A Lot of players begin in high position, but most of them are always behind the ball. Because of their starting position you will not concede a lot of goals. The team needs stamina and work rate to adjust to the mentality and pressure. It is even more effective against the stronger teams. They will not know what happens to them! Good luck!
