Firstly, there any research done on Players Partnership? If so, ignore this post, and can you please refer to the source? I would like to know.
I was thinking, for example, in a 2 or more seasons period, a tactic with the most player partnerships can beat a better "plug in tactic."
So this tactic that looks at least like a tactic that allows more player partnerships is: -> 3 DC 3 DM 1 AM 3 Striker -> Allows Players Partnerships = 12
However, I don't know if this tactic is worth it. I think we need a middle ground between one good tactic based on the FM Arena Testing Table and Partnerships.
The top tactic in this moment is "PERFECT STRANGERS 42112 WIWBA P107 EF". -> Allows Players Partnerships = 5 Like most of the meta tactics, the player partnerships are between 5/6.
After a little research on my part and eye testing, I think it would be fun to test the following tactics over at least 2 seasons:
3 DC 3 DM 1 AM 3 Striker - In the Attachments - I'm in the save right now in holiday to put on testing - Players Partnerships = 12
So, I'm probably saying some things wrong. If someone has any ideas or tactics about this topic, please share. In resume, I would like to know if there is an automated way or if we can use the Tactic Testing for this.
PS: Now in a career mode, if using a tactic with more player partnerships is worth it over a bigger timeline, then having a team and training plan to avoid injuries should be essential. In one of my saves right now, I'm using "4213 StriMad fwxm dunk ATT" and I'm having good results. Once I finish 3 seasons with this one, I will give the "3 DC 3 DM 1 AM 3 Striker" a try.
I remember there was a player partnership section in the pre-game editor. You can choose the right team for this tactic, maximize the players' partnerships, and start the season with 100% chemistry, unless you want to waste time waiting for your players' chemistry to improve over time.
