[FM26] Fluid Counter

I am trying to create a tactic that hits specific goals but I'm struggling. Please can I have some help?

Aims of tactic

- Midblock to draw out the opposition
- As soon as the ball crosses the halfway line, we press like crazy aiming to win it back and exploit the space left in behind
- Main goal of the midblock is to have our backline about 5 yards ahead of the box with the objective to reducing, if not limiting, the ball from entering our box
- Tight and compact to force the ball out wide and then their wingers to be pressed by 2 or 3 players to prevent crosses
- Their AMs to not have any time or space in our final third

In possession, I want it to:
- Have the goalkeeper throw the ball out to our wing backs and have them carry the ball forward, never boot it long or have the CBs dick around with the ball
- Fullbacks to provide the width
- AMs or Wingers to be the creative players playing in the halfspaces between FB and CB and between midfield and defence
- ST to play on the last line of the defence and be strong and brave to do anything to get the ball in the goal

What I have tried is:

IP

GK (standard)
RB and LB on WB
RCB and LCB on CB (standard)
DM on Halfback / CB on Advanced CB
DMCR and DMCL on DM / RCM and LCM on Midfield Playmakers
RW and LW on Inverted Winger or Inside Forward / AMCR and AMCL on Channel Midfielders (stay wide)
ST on Poacher / Centre Forward

OP

Sweeper Keeper
RB and LB on FB / Pressing FB
RCB and LCB on Covering CB
DM on Dropping DM / CB on Stopping CB
DMCR and DMCL on Wide covering DM
AMCR and AMCR on Tracking AM / RCM and LCM on Pressing CMs
ST on Central Outlet Forward

Team Instructions
GK Short kicks to fullbacks (I still see him booting up the field)
Overlapping Fullbacks (both)
Midblock
Standard Defensive Line
Standard Passing / Shorter Passing
Standard Tempo / High Tempo
Counter Attack
Work Ball Into Box
Discourage Shoot from Distance
Trigger Press More
Regroup
Get Stuck In
Prevent Crossing
Trap Outside

I will get screenshots when I'm on the game later, if that's easier to process.

Issues I'm seeing when watching games
1. Keeper not always getting it out wide quickly for he build up
2. When the Wingbacks progress the ball into their half, the wingers sit too narrow leaving the Wingbacks isolated
3. Too passive in the press, although the forcing them wide seems to work OK
4. ST too isolated when wingers stay out wide and fullbacks are stiffled
5. When Wingers are AMs they are too central, they are less effective at receiving the ball
