Probably not the fairest showcase as i'm in 2027 and expected to win the league, but still think this tactic proved to be very strong. I instant resulted every game.
Arsenal in my save are quite a force winning the CL 2 seasons ago and getting to the final but losing to Man Utd this season.
Made an account just to say that this tactic is killing it for my league two Bernet side. Got promoted automatically from National League the first season but I didn't use this tactic until the latter half of the first season. It performs much better than the tactic I started with.
What do you focus on in general training? I've been doing a lot of endurance, quickness, and defending from the front. But I wasn't sure if there was something else I should add to the rotation.

For the individual training I use the same positions, roles, duties as in the tactic and for the general training I use "Training Style - Balanced"

Not sure how much of an effect this has, but I usually train the one in that position that improves the most key attributes. For AM/C I train SS and DM I train RP, might switch back every now and then to make sure their tactical familiarity stays close to full.
Hello everyone! I play for Venezia and have been looking for a suitable tactic for a long time. I combine these tactics(ELECTRO+ ZAZ-RED 04b) and won the championship in the first season. 100% holiday simulation.
I have question, i want to start new game on FM 22 Touch. Can i use this tactic there? Can someone post screen shots of instructions that i can use IT?
Hi Cyborg, I have made a tweek on your tactic and with your permission i'd like to share it here. It's in early testing with the full game but so far looks very promising. Let me know if that would be okay with you.

I had some better results in testing when i swapped Both the DM roles to Segundo Volantes as it seemed to close the space that was left in the middle between the two DM and the front 4. Maybe you could try a test with that ?

This tactic is excellent, i'm not sure why its not rated higher. I started as an unemployed journeyman with the lowest possible stats and badges, got hired by Cefn Druids and won the double first season and have just won the league title in the second season with 4 matches to go, overall won 59 drawn 12 lost 11 gf 184 ga 82 win rate 71%, most of the defats were in europe ;( Excellent work thx very much

Belladonna said: This tactic is excellent, i'm not sure why its not rated higher. Expand Actually, it's highly rated. The rating of this tactic is 5.4 rating when the highest rated tactic is 6.0 so there's only about 9.8% between them and I find such difference is quite small.
Btw, there's like a 1.5% difference between a 5.9 tactic and a 6.0 tactic and like a 3% difference between a 5.8 tactic and a 6.0 tactic.
If someone beats 6.0 rating gets 6.1 rating then he only improves the performance for about 1.5%

going from 5.4 to 6.0 is 11% increase which could translate to 8 points difference easily in a 38 game league. ( 80 points divided by 5.4, multiplied by 6 ) These 8 points can be HUGE for a title race.
from 5.8 to 6 is 3,4% gain which can be 2-3 points difference, when chasing for the title in super strong competitions this isnt bad ( granted difference is much less than the previous example )
Every 1% gain is close to a full point on average , so I would love to get a 6.5 tactic somehow working here

The RB to AM/L ball was really strong with who I had, other variations of it too. That was the majority of the goals Isak scored.

Fantastic tactic, @Cyborg ! Do you think a good 3-4-3 on FM22 would be possible? Cheers!

I've tried something similar to 3-4-3 but it didn't work well, maybe something will change in the release

Hi @Cyborg ,
Given the new tests that reveal the fundamental importance of fitness on FM 22, could you release an "energy saving" version of Electro?
Any news to improve Electro even further?
Cheers!

Hi,
I see that @Zippo made a very good guide how to make one, I don't think it's too difficult, anyone can do that - https://fm-arena.com/thread/1866-important-physical-conditions-level/
