All the players are 100% trained and familiar with the tactic, morale is at 100% and so is sharpness. Just won 6 in a row and went away to Gijon who are last in the table and lost 3-0 with every player being horrible.
Don't get me wrong, this is one of the best tactics in FM ever, you will massively overachieve, but the game seems to make you randomly get battered for no reason and no explanation and this happens no matter what tactic you use. This didn't happen in FM24. Yes, you would randomly lose due to an unlucky game, but in this game I just get straight battered 3/4/5-0 and all my world class players can't do anything against a relegation team.
This tactic is fantastic. Got a red card in the cup final after 20 minutes against the second best team in the league. Removed the shadow striker, still won 9-0...

The tactic started as amazing, a truly dominant football (even against stronger opponents like PSG) and fun to watch the highlights.
But suddenly, highlights don't contain my team anymore, defence and build up is terrible, even victories are slight margin and getting terrible results against weaker teams. The fun to watch matches are gone and it is always stressful.
Any idea on what is wrong? Tactical knowledge, position/role are all full, training, morale, sharpness, team cohesion, everything is perfect.
By the way, managing one of the top 2 clubs in the league, and all transfers are done according to this tactic with a solid line up.

Updates can destroy form. Usually playing badly, rather than being unlucky, is a management issue. There has been a bug that if you rest players they go on transfer list. If you can see if you can hold a team meeting.
