Set pieces are the same as Blue (link in first post), so you can get screenshots from there. Team instructions are below.
Player instructions are those, for everyone possible: Take more risks, dribble more, shoot less often, tackle harder, mark tighter and move into channels. IW and BPD have stay wider, and IW also has cross less often.
This tactics is unbelievable. I played with Gremio, a brazilian team, and so far I have only 1 defeat the whole season. The only defeat I suffered was when I put a completely bench team on a cup because I had won the first game 5-0
And even when I put bench team on the pitch, they won or drew every league game. Thanks a lot, going to test this tactic on european underdog teams

Do you have any tips/tactics for when your team is winning? I feel the team suffer a lot of goals/pressure when it is winning on the final quarter of the game. Changing to "cautious" instead of attacking doesn't seem to help, unfortunately

I didn't manage to get any good defensive changes yet. You can check the table for least conceding tactics and pick one for there, or you can lower your intensity to save energy and have better performance by the end. To lower the intensity, you can decrease tempo to 25%, set all PIs to ease off tackles and add slow pace down team instruction, for example.

Thanks BTW, this was my result in second season with St. Pauli after easily winning Bundesliga 2. 5th place, got a place on Europe League, and almost Champions! Wonderful tactic. Almost as many goals as Bayern, unfortunately suffered a lot of goals too (especially when I was already winning)
I'm now revisiting Red to see how it can be improved to work in the new patch. Red is supposed to use wingers cutting inside instead of outside like Blue, so I'm setting it with IF-At and a single striker. The current version in test has a 4231 shape.

I think they tweaked the stamina system to have higher effect this patch, but I might be wrong.

Sorry, results weren't very good so I'm trying other things.
Red is updated into a 4231.
