Hi, great tactic! I've reached the Champions League final, but I still have to play. I wanted to ask if it's possible for you to test the exact same tactic without PI? It seems like the latest tactics approaching the top are without PI, and I'm curious if it will improve it even further, if that's even possible. Thanks, and sorry for my bad English. Happy holidays!

I have tried it without PIs, but that was last patch haven't tried it for this patch, I could test it and see.
For this tactic apart from tackle harder on all outfield positions, the defenders and midfielders are on default instructions, only the WBs and wingers have additional instructions

Great, thanks, the test would be good, especially because the players get a bit more rest and don't push themselves so hard. I just saw the one that came in second behind your tactic and a few others behind, and interestingly, they're testing without PI and getting very close to the top score.

Traits aren't a big need, just don't put a trait that contrasts with the player instruction, for example, the left winger has the cut inside instruction, you don't want a player who has 'runs with ball down left' trait as it affects the tactic

I wouldn't say this is a complete plug and play tactic, because you would need to make a bunch changes to the team, like re-training your striker for the SS role (if he's young) and that could take the whole season depending on his adaptability. Or you may need to sell and replace him with someone who is at least 'accomplished' enough to play there. Same thing for the wingbacks

Yes it's fine if inverted should be just as effective, but that means also putting the channel midfielder on the left and the attacking midfielder on the right
I used this tactic with Bristol Rovers, promoted to Premier League in 3 seasons. Absolutely amazing. Cannot keep up with PL's quality though, you cant even see the other team's gk against big 6. Requires a bit modification. But works great at the end of the day.
This tactic is bloody ridiculous haha i have changed my LW to an IF and still works great, did find it conceded a few so at times i would play on Positive and even Balanced and still smashed teams up.
ME breaking tactics are for noobs. I'm playing since CM3 and never felt the need to use such ridiculous tactics... imagine playing Haaland as an AMC, or any big team playing 5 at the back on negative transition. LOL! Anyway, kudos for those passionate enough to dwell into the abyss of fm ME and try creating p&p tactics. The game is an experience in itself, you need to test your decision making and find the best counter for the opponent. In real life, managers study opponents. There is no plug and play. Just thinking. Tactics like this are like cheating and get banned in multiplayer where I come from.

Yes, sub off the SS and if you need a goal turn the Inverted Winger to an inside forward
