I've recently began playing Fm26 (Console edition on series x/gamepass...fm24 no longer available). I've noticed a bug, whereby regardless of whether I delegate training to my assistant, or do it myself, after a few days the training roles/positions seemingly randomly change to something else.
This appears a known bug, from the volume of people experiencing it and reporting it across forums, including SI Games. Difficult to know how interested SI are with fixing it tbh... as they sometimes respond to people creating threads on the forum with half ar5ed question, before no longer engaging. Or even try to claim they cant recreate it, despite it being quite apparent this is a wide spread issue... npt sure if they cant be bothered, too simple or enjoy gaslighting people, by indicating not really a problem!
So as I'm trying to make FM26 work, and this bug is extremely annoying... if a player is less than Natural rating, say accomplished, can a player become natural for that position by simply playing there during games? Or do they have to be training that position too? So nothing too extreme, like retraining a cb to striker... its more around trying to optimise wingers, or a cdm as cm.
I wouldnt go as far to say its an OCD, but as a player of the game since 92/93, I'm sure you can appreciate how annoying a bug this is . Its also frustrating that SI Games pull up the carpet, to force people into a new version of the game, that has these shortcomings. In previous years, it hasnt been a problem with gamepass, as the new versions each year werent so half baked!
You simply cant find it for sale either (via legit sites... non legit yes, but they appear to be selling xbox accounts, and not keys). Otherwise I'd happily pay £40-£50 for FM24... If you're going to give us a knowingly sh1tty version of the game, at least dont force PS and Xbox store... everywhere in fact, to remove previous version.
I can put up the other slightly glitchy stuff, but not this... unless you can put my mind at ease and indicate can get players to natural via playing matches !
