What would be the most important attributes for passing game?

All my apologies if this question has already been asked or if I missed the information.

I read on the forum, that pace and acceleration are the key attributes for winning games.

But what would be the most important attributes for passing? Passing note seems to be useless..

Has anyone here ever tested this?

Because now that I have fast players, I’d like to optimize my ball distribution.
